Product Screening and Sizing

SCE Processing has played a leading role in developing successful and profitable recycling methods since its formation in 1961. It pioneered Australian processing and refining of granulated blast furnace slag (GBFS) for use in the glass and ceramic industries at its production facility at Kemblawarra in Wollongong, NSW.

SCE has supplied glass grade slag in Australia to container glass and float glass manufacturers for more than 20 years and exported for over 10 years into South East Asia for use in float glass production.

The drying and sizing of fine coke is also undertaken at SCE Processing for consumption in electric arc furnaces and the refractory industry.

SCE undertakes one-off project work requiring specialised handling and screening of fragile materials, bulk bagging and evaluating the manufacture of proprietary products under license for international companies.
