SCE Group was established in 1961 in NSW for the purpose of providing materials handling management and heavy mobile equipment supply to heavy industry in Port Kembla, NSW.  The Group is a privately owned Australian group of companies.
 
 SCE offers extensive experience in all aspects of raw materials management for industrial, steel and mining industries ensuring delivery of efficient, cost effective and professional services to its clients. 

SCE has evolved into a highly diversified organisation operating in:
·         The steel and other heavy  industries
·         Coal and other mining industries
·         The processing and recycling of industrial by-product 
·         The processing of steel slag for high strength road base and pavement material 
 ·         Resource extraction and recovery and aggregate and road base sales and marketing.  

Applying its expertise to manage the whole process, SCE Group optimises the allocation of resources and delivers reduced cost structures based on the principles of continuous work practice improvement.
 
SCE Group is governed by a Corporate Management System which documents the expectations of the Shareholders of the Group providing a formal statement of policy and operational direction which ensures monitoring and compliance with these expectations and maintains corporate governance.
