Operations Manager - SCE Recycling

We have an immediate permanent position for an Operations Manager located at our Mayfield Recycling Facility. As the Operations Manager you will have full commercial responsibility for the Business.
Reporting to the SCE Materials and Recycling Divisional Manager, key responsibilities will include:
- the management and safe operation of all employees and contractors
- mobile plant and equipment onsite, including Crushing and Screening plants, Loaders, Excavators, and Blending Plants
- compliance with all WHS&E legislation and SCE company policy and procedures.
- creating and managing scopes of work to deliver daily outcomes in accordance with work, health, safety, environmental, financial and quality assurance requirements.
As a highly organised individual you will have the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time whilst building and maintaining robust relationships with all stakeholders.
This role demands a high workload and requires a highly motivated and highly organised person committed to the commercial success of the business.
Exposure to the Mines Health and Safety Act, would be advantageous along with demonstrated experience in change management.
